Not only that but she supports Obama for good reason.

Not only that McCain may start using this ad too.

    Hillary is a monster.

Although we may fiercely disagree with some of Clinton’s policy positions and campaign tactics, it’s a mistake to call her (as did an Obama foreign affairs advisor when she though she was off the record) a monster.

Clinton is not. Calling a female candidate a monster is the same as calling her irrational, but worse: irrational and dangerous. It hews too closely to the old patriarchal need to put uppity women in their place. I don’t like it and regret the reflexive sexism that has been so prominent in both reporting by the bourgeois media and conversations elsewhere during this political cycle.

    Skunkcabbage

What do you think about Hillary’s statement that only she and McCain have the requisite experience to be commander-in-chief, claiming that is her strong suit when it is clear that McCain can use that argument more effectively on his own behalf. Is she not only trying to deny Obama the nomination but also sabbottaging her own campaign against McCain, should she get the nomination?

All of this happening while Hillary’s husband is trying to talk up a Clinton/Obama ticket. This might have been possible had he not said things like “give me a break” and “That is the biggest fairy tale i have ever heard” etc.

    Unfortunately Samantha power was right.

I think it’s important to differentiate Clinton’s campaign from her humanity.
